Couselors and Staff
Summer $tock staff are adults with experience in various work environments, academic training in finance and business, and expertise in working with girls. The program maintains a oneto- six counselor-to-participant ratio to ensure that each girl receives individual instruction, guidance, and mentoring. Counselors reside in the dorms with the participants and are on call 24 hours a day.

Staff Training
All counselors participate in an intensive pre-camp orientation and training to acquaint them with IMI's mission, philosophy, and approach to financial education. IMI staff provide a thorough introduction to the Summer $tock curriculum, policies, and materials. Ongoing supervision and feedback from the director and staff ensure that each counselor has the resources she needs to give excellent instruction, guidance, and support to each participant.
